What do you like best about the product?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 It integrates with other Microsoft tools like Teams, Outlook. Automates routine tasks like lead tracking and reporting and more over save time.

What do you dislike about the product?

wide range of features and tools might overwhelm new users and require extensive training to fully utilize and cost is high compare to zoho crm.

Great way to track opps. Decent UI/UX. Intigrates into copilot.

What do you dislike about the product?

The UI/UX is hard to learn and navigate. It's like they try to make you think it has a simple UI. At first glance it's simple design seams like it will be easy to navigate but really they just hide buttons within other buttons making it even harder to navigate. At least saleforce doesn't hide buttons. It may be huge and overwhelming but you know where every field is and can search for them.

No reminder option for pending tasks. Duplicate leads are common

What do you like best about the product?

Although I do not use it dynamics 365 sales at every single day I have found it incredibly useful the times I have used it and would recommend to others I really like how we used easy to use and very intuitive

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside I feel like is that it's primarily for Microsoft
