When having an issue the support team response quickly.great customer service. When there is an issue you can justy check on the service health to track issue resolution

The pricess can be vexpensive,like the E5 license. There have also introduced the NCE lisenses which we cant cancel a subscription when needed like beofre.thisbecomes a challenge if the client had an annual subcription

Sometimes it takes time to load, meaning slow processing.

latest productivity apps (such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and a lot more in one place).

For some organizations network access is needed.
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Microsoft 365 is its centralized control and muscular integration across implements like Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive. It facilitates user support, improves troubleshooting efficiency, and especially lessens downtime. Features like assured remote access, admin centre controls, and built-in diagnostics enable us to resolve issues quickly while maintaining compliance and data security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Microsoft 365 is a strong platform, but from an IT administration viewpoint, there are areas for advancement. Recurring UI/UX modifications—mainly in Outlook and Teams—can disrupt workflows and increase the demand for end-user support. Further, inflexible visibility and command over some backend configurations, mainly in Exchange Online and Teams admin, can make forceful troubleshooting and policy enforcement more difficult. More transparent change control and improved admin flexibility would help provide softer adoption and operating continuity.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can login anywhere and have access to all of my files, documents, emails, etc. The programs are very user-friendly.

There really aren't many down sides to the system.

Nothing much some times I feel like it can do more with AI without co pilot licenses.

It is a AI powered one-stop destination for all the project needs with copilot integrated that makes our life easy. It has all the apps in the form of icon as soon as we login using our Microsoft corporate account that eases our work in navigating through multiple applications.

It is a powerful application indeed and I really do not think of any negativities at this moment.

What i mostly dislike is when you’re trying to use two different domains, it won’t let you to do a lot of movements.
