What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the updated look and how easy it is to navigate within windows, especially in Outlook and Word. I also really enjoy being able to use the "read aloud" function. I have also found it feels seamless with Windows 10, both in its functionality and aesthetics. Having cloud capabilities means that I can work from any PC in my institution, which makes it much easier to be mobile and still be efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that with our current PC's. 365 seems to run a little slower than our previous Office did. This might be due to our older PC's, however. Aside from occasionally slowing down or freezing, I have found no other flaws so far. Comments from others have included that they have trouble with navigation, but I feel that 365 is similar enough to the older Office that it doesn't take long to reorient yourself to the new appearance and small changes in setup.

What do you like best about the product?
Microsoft 365 offers an incredibly integrated ecosystem that supports everything from project planning to creative asset delivery. I rely on Outlook for managing team communications, OneDrive for securely storing and sharing large creative files, and Excel for campaign tracking and budgets. Word and PowerPoint are still essential for building structured scripts, proposals, or client-facing decks. Everything syncs beautifully across devices and keeps the team aligned, whether we're remote or in-office.

Some advanced functions—especially in Excel or PowerPoint—can feel buried or overly complex. Also, syncing across shared files can get a bit confusing when multiple collaborators are editing, and you really need to educate the team on version control. That said, it's reliable overall.
