What do you like best about the product?
Microsoft 365 offers essential applications and business communication in a hybrid work environment. The portal is easy to use and provides productivity tools, storage services, document management, and project management tools for evolving workplaces. The portal embeds the latest AI technologies and add-ons into the applications with advanced security to satisfy developers and business users. It integrates seamlessly with various applications within the Microsoft technology ecosystem and has strong customer support and service tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
The continued feature updates and added tools/services might overwhelm the average business user and make it difficult to follow along with those updates.

Till now nothing to say, but i can suggest to reduce the subscription payment

I couldn't link some Excel tables with Word without it notifying me every 2 minutes to update, that was cumbersome.

Its easy and work focused product. As a Tax reviewer, it's help me a lot and save my time upto 25%.

Everything is user friendly and easy to use but need initial training to use all products.

The ability to be able to do work projects on the go. It makes it so much easier to be able to get to work documents via web. I like I can also make the online webdocs AWP.

Bloats alot of apps that my company doesn't use.

The way of using and handling information is very practical when creating new accounts and sharing services. Its integration with different features makes it an easy tool to implement. This makes it one of the most frequently used applications in the company, all supported by excellent support and quick responses to requirements.

there are things that can be improved, among them the way files are managed, for example, the same file can behave differently if you open it in Word online or desktop Word

its very easy to use organized to important file in well mannered ways easy to explained extra space to keep more data

little it costly from other date too many call received for renewal when its end many fraud call also received
