What do you like best about the product?
- Simple and User friendly - for creating BFD, connecting every block is easier -could be connected and or integrated with another Microsoft product (excel, powerpoint, word) -Could add new symbol from directory
What do you dislike about the product?
-Using Visio via browser is very bad as it slow, bad UI. -Symbol for creating PnID and PFD is limited. -Editing text on the connection line isn't simple thing -Unable to create or modify new symbol directly in the software

Easiness of mapping processes. Nice tool.

Not an issue with Visio--I just need to learn more on how to print the work in one single sheet

I like that it has many visuals you can choose from and you can construct the visual of your choise and it is user firendly

There is nothing I dislike thus far, apart from having to pay to use other features, but there's nothing free and the basic features are more than enough.

What do you like best about the product?
Visio is a great tool for making complex flowcharts, Architecture Diagrams, technical Drawings, etc. It allows Office 365 integration and is easy to share with colleagues to work simultaneously. It can be a great tool for a versatile tool for professionals in various fields, including business, engineering, and IT. However, sometimes working together with colleagues there is always a delay in updating just like every other MS Office product. Visio provides extensive customization options, allowing users to create highly detailed and polished diagrams. Great to use for data linking, enabling users to create dynamic diagrams linked to external data sources such as Excel. Easy to use to create complex diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Online Sharing and updates are sometimes unreliable, often leading to reworking diagrams again. Following version control from colleagues is a daunting task.
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Visio is its learning curve. It is easy to learn flowchart creation if any is new to creating flowchart. Its learning curve is not steep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is it monotonous and it is not colorful and many important icon/symbols like database symbol and many other are paid, should be included in the free version. It's user interface looks archaic as compared to Miro which looks new and lively. There is no option of Artificial Intelligence (AI) where one can give text and on the basis of that AI can suggest which type of flow chart is good. Also if flow chart in Visio is very big and we try to paste it in word file or in PPT then it becomes blur. So there should be an option pasting in word/ppt, so that even if it is small, it should not be blured. Also the interface should be like all the options are visible to the one who is using it or atleast there should be some sort of small text or video for every option, so that if any new person is coming then he should know there itseld instead of experimenting with that.

There is nothing that I like about Visio vs. other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Diagramming is difficult and slow. Making connections is time-consuming, and it isn't easy to modify all of one shape at once. You have to do each one separately.

Ease of use = is awsome , with out lots of knowlege you can crate the most complex diagams

Collaboration control - in a big company it gets out of hand
