What do you like best about the product?
Variety of tools is amazing, best word processor ever existed, you can find all you need for work. You can save multiple versions of documents easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processor is extremely well developed, no disadvantages noticed.

easy to use , simple interface and multiple features and options according to the needs

one thing that bother me is with complex layout and if file is in other format then it get very frustrating to correct that.

Microsoft Word has a lot of great features,I like most is its balance between simplicity and powerful functionality.I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with other Microsoft 365 apps, making workflows smoother
What do you dislike about the product?
Microsoft 365 requires a recurring payment, which isn’t ideal for everyone. It’s packed with features, but that makes it slow and sometimes clunky, especially on older machines. it sometimes changes things I don’t want changed, leading to unnecessary corrections
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create bulleted lists, add pictures, create captions, and change the fonts makes it able to be very creative. MS Word is so much better than Google docs b/c of all the formatting controls right at your fingertips. There are some tips/shortcuts that work in Word but not in Google docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
FORMATTING. It is difficult to figure out why Word starts and stops formatting your document...ESPECIALLY if you are using multiple bulleted lists (bullets, letters, and numbers). It's like Word gets confused. UPDATE: I've been using Word for the last 26 years and Word is more complicated than I led on. If you just need simple then Word is fine. But again the formatting can drive you absolutely bonkers. This is 100% tied to the lack of a decent structure for formatting bullets and outline.
What do you like best about the product?
the interface is the most great thing plus, i have been using word almost everyday for the past 10+ years for educational and career ways and it helped me in a lot of ways, and it has different features that it has for integration and it makes it perfect from other applications, and when there is a support needed from the Microsoft teams they have help full and they solve our issues immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed that much downsides in Microsoft but the new user interface is a little bit complicated that the previous one the previous user interface was easy that the current one specially for new users

It is so versatile and complicated at the same time! I am learning more and more of its capabilities as I write my dissertation.

Some of the features are so obscure or hidden that people don't know what all capabilities Word has!

clearly state the purpose of the document. Correct use of title case: Major words are capitalized, and minor words (e.g., "to," "with") are lowercase unless they start the title.

Some times the formalization feels a bit difficult

Access is easy and using it daily helps me with notes for work

I do not dislike any part of it, helps me daily to keep notes and memos
