Took my a second to figure out but my only negative comment is that I’ve notice it charges 1 thing and pretty much needs recharged.. depending on length of time I suppose- but I have 3 boys this extra compact box in my bag has not gone without use .... daily! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Little giant charging system This is a nice product. The battery is small enough to carry in a shirt pocket and appears to have enough juice for normal travel needs. The cord is a bit stiff but the three way charging options offer so much flexibility it’s worth it. It’s especially convenient for in-house charging of non phone equipment like a rechargeable Roku battery. For price, convenience and flexibility it’s pretty hard to beat.

Didn’t except the power bank to be such a perfect fit in your pocket size. I haven’t tested out the life of the battery yet or how much I can charge off it. Very happy with my purchase

Always liked Otterbox products to protect phones and tablets. However not happy with charger. I charged it up, used it once at home to test it out with phone, then tablet. Perfect. Arrived on my Christmas vacation went to use it, it doesn't charge anything. I verified I had all the correct adapters, but nothing works. I assume its too late to return and probably a hassle, too.

I thought this item would be perfect since it had three different connections, but the big drawback is that you still need a USB-A adapter to charge the device. With the new USB-C cables and chargers it's hard to find one with USB-A now. Luckily I still have saved one from long ago. Also the directions never mentioned that you would need a USB-A adapter to charge the product.
