What do you like best about the product?
There are lot of things which I like about skype, It has increadible user friendly dashboard. You can use skype across different devices. Skype provides reliable and high quality calls. You can calll across the nation any time. Apart from video conferecing we can also use Skype for text messaging, audio files sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some securty aspects need to improve. Skype allows two attendees in video chating only. You cant find any collaboration/integertion funcstion in this app.

Well, at the time I used Skype, it is a tool that is easier to use and faster, where you can have fast meetings and chat with the people of team members, also you can make your customize your profile, schedule calls, add people to your conversation and send documents.

Well, Microsoft has chosen to move all Skype to Teams, so that is something I do not like because now we will be using Teams, and for meetings, these team meetings are slow. And Skype was great, so the only thing I do not like is that this year, Skype will stop working.

once upon a time skype was best app for conferencing, chatting, and f2f calling, later many app coming in market, due to user engagement skype is now going for shut down.

It has user friendly interface , easily avaialble on mobile as well . Ease to make international calls .

Lack of messaging. Most companies use additional softwarefor communication along with skype. less advanced options while have and conference call .
