What do you like best about the product?
Skype is helpful in terms of instantly connecting with your friends and colleagues. It has great visuals.

Consumes a lot of ram of devices. Makes the device slow and passively always runs at the back end.

Skype is great to connect with people overseas at any time and most used product in the states. Also group connect is at ease

i don't like the interface of the app. it sometimes feel cluttered. plus, the video and audio quality can be patchy sometimes and the sometimes it lags and the call drops.

It is not modernised like teams in corporate sector. It still looks like a social media platform.

Skype provides all the features that is supposed to be packed in a communication platform. It is available as a website, or native apps for almost all OSs and mobiles
