What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it has easy to use app interface and can be installed on mobile phone as well, which makes joining meetings even if I'm not carrying a laptop or outside.

There's not much to dislike about Skype. The only thing that creates a bit of problem is either you can watch the screen or open messaging while you're in the call.

One common issue people have with Skype is that it can sometimes be prone to connectivity problems or call quality issues, especially if the internet connection isn’t stable.

Sadly Skype times are over. This is a fantastic messenger and calls application and I overly recommend it. It became part of my pipeline and for quite some time also as part of my networking tools. Easy to use and overall had wonderful resources and design.

the screen about importing contacts is annoying.

it provides us with facility to integrate with Microsoft 365,cross platform availability, secure calls that are encrypted coupled with seamless integration and user interface.

Sometimes the video calls can be frustrating due to technical issues.

1. Easy to use. 2. Take up the online meeting with customer or with internal member in organization. 3. Sharing the screen. 4. More secured. 5. Showcasing the structure of an organization. 6. Showcasing our status I.e available/ busy/meeting/out of office/offline.

The application is fully organised one and we can't find other members other than the organization group. Need to pay for the call or video conferencing unlike other application provide free of cost
