I contact someone via the chat. That person help me a lot and convince me to buy it. I'm please to say that everything is working perfectly now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didn’t work but could be Apple issue. Did not work with my Acer monitor and MacBook Air. Have not been able to diagnose problem. Be careful when you buy adapters. I more hold Apple accountable for eliminating USBs and leaving users to figure mouth won’t make peripherals work again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as good as the iTANDA adapter The port to insert the thunderbolt cable is not great - Does not fit in all the way in so I cant get the display to work correctly. I used an iTANDA adapter which is built much better.

The connection is simple and the adapter worked without issue The cable seems pretty durable so I feel the adapter should hold up pretty well to some of the abuse i will put it through Overall - excellent adapter I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review

I connected a MacBook Air—usb c to mini port cable on an Apple 27” monitor with this adapter. Apple Thunderbolt adapter to usb c did not work. This adapter worked immediately.
