I was not expecting that for the price I got it for. I guess I am thankful that my normal vender was out of stock and found these. I already use your wall mount cabinets so now I will get my equipment racks from you.

Rated 5 out of 5 bymigey2000 from Excellent free-standing rackPros: Lightweight - light, yet sturdy aluminum side posts makes this manageable in terms of getting it positioned as you require. Bases are heavy-guage steel so that once anchored to the floor, they can withstand the stresses of a fully loaded rack. Space - this rack has definite advantages over enclosed rack of a set depth - you can determine where and how to position this rack by the equipment that's going in it - and not by the size of the rack itself (fantastic for limited space arrangements). Quality - as usual, Tripp-Lite's superior quality in hole alignments, finish and markings applies to to this rack. Customer service was exceptional. I did have one minor issue with this rack and Tripp-Lite corrected it post-haste - excellent. Con: I did encounter one major concern - cable management. The "recommended" and prescribed vertical cable management assemblies are woefully inadequate in size. With today's switches having the density that they provide, Tripp-Lite's cable management system was almost immediately over-run. I had to purchase another company's management system and mount it in place of Tripp-Lite's. But, because of Tripp-Lite's exacting specifications, this third-party solution was a breeze to install. Tripp-Lite just needs to recognize this shortcoming and provide a solution.

Just received our TrippLite SR2POST rack and it was put together, literally, in minutes. The assembled rack is sturdy and good looking yet light weight. Looking forward to filling it up!
