It has a great in-depth reporting feature and we use to identify the file change history as part of application security

In previous version management console was little hard to navigate

We use Tripwire Enterprise mainly for file integrity change with Mitre Attack Policies. Our monitoring centre can receive alerts and treat them efficiently when there’s unauthorized changes.

AD Auto Synchronization integration needs to be better. Need to improve with customer support, we noticed a lack of support since the company switched to Fortra

Real time alert, flexiblity of adding the paltfotm Audit purposes and standard Effective operation for chages tracking

Very rare cases related to the systems that has a login banner, it is not supported for intrgtation

We use the detailed technical analysis reports to track vulnerabilities in the environments. It has good options for different frameworks to set a baseline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many cons. The GUI could be better but it is not a big issue. Standard integration could be available to more devices but it covers our main use.

in the last year we have upgraded our TE consoles and i cannot fault the support received enough, all my concerns and quieres were answered and the consultant went above and beyond to ensure we were running as current as possible. more meetings were put in place following a request

the agent versions are the main things for me, you have to mainly upgrade, or complete a push from the console and this is not sometyhing that happens - which would be useful if it did

Reporting is very clear and easy to use, reasonably easy to set up and very granular, the ability to schedule and have reports sent to me or other users at a pre-set time is obviously a time saver but the fact I can simply submit them to external auditor makes life much easier

Conversely the fast the reports are so granular sometimes its difficult to get exactly what is need, however I suspect with further training this would become less of an issue

Although we have limited use case for this app, it does what it says on the tin and our teams are happy managinging it.
