Develop & deliver a 1 day onsite professional workshop to develop curriculum specific lessons involving integration of Google Apps for Education
SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT
This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.
SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
•Developing & delivering targeted professional development focusing on 1 or more specific Google Apps for Education
•Providing teacher training for practical uses & best uses for using Google Apps in the classroom
•Motivating teachers by using Google Apps as curriculum tools
•Assisting with developing techniques that work well with curriculums, skill level & teaching style
•Providing time to learn & create materials which will be shared & utilized in classrooms right away
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
•Ensuring completion of all tasks in a timely manner
•Providing appropriate communication of personnel changes that affect management of project including invoicing & timely payment
•Assembling appropriate staff for participation in various meetings
•Working with Provider to determine which training topics will be included
•Furnishing necessary information & data on Customer’s operations, activities & existing systems as required to achieve Project objectives
•Contracting for telecommunications facilities (data communications circuit, analog phone lines, wiring, etc) & for costs associated with such facilities
•Limiting access to Customer network &/or facilities only as needed to perform services
ASSUMPTIONS
•Workshop limited to 25 participants per trainer
ENGAGEMENT PLANNING & MANAGEMENT
Includes the following tasks:
•1 day onsite workshop
•Scheduling of Services subject to trainer/consultant availability
OUT OF SCOPE
•Performing any services not specified herein
•Technical Support representative/contract for any recommended technologies
•Installation/configuration of any recommended technologies
ITEM(S) PROVIDED
•All workshop resources will be available via a Google Site created specifically for the workshops
SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order
CUSTOMER LOCATIONS
Seller will provide Services at mutually agreed U.S. location
PROJECT-SPECIFIC TERMS
1.Customer is responsible for providing all physical and network access, properly functioning hardware and software, and qualified personnel necessary for Seller’s performance of the Services
2.Customer will provide in advance all applicable Customer safety and security rules/procedures
3.Customer is responsible for all data, including back-up
4.Customer will provide reasonable cooperation with, and support of, Seller’s scheduling and performance
5.Customer will sign Seller’s project sign-off form upon completion of the Services
6.All Services will be performed at a single site, during Customer’s normal business hours
7.Any changes to this SOE shall require a Change Order executed by both parties

Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”)

This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects,” which are accessed via the Terms & Conditions link on Seller's website (the “Agreement”) and are incorporated herein
