What do you like best about the product?
BarTender software is easy to install and to use, it has a a lot of options, and an exceptional customer support. I've been assisted by Ian Cummings and Navid Kalantari; both have been extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Thank you.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far (6 months daily using it) there is nothing to dislike.

Easy to use and neat printing of labels etc

Couldn't recover password when changed to using laptop

1) Easy to use. It provides Simple and unique interface to design labels. 2) Number of pre-built templates helps you to design labels faster. 3) You can use variable data from external database or excel.

We never faced any issue with Bartender labeling software till now.

Efficient design and layout of lables and printable products.

Very difficult to understand deployment and limitations of product for end users as well as how to limit the user.

I like that this app allows the user to create labels that display many different varieties of coded labels, including QR

There is a steep learning curve to using this program. There are YouTube videos to help, but they are very general.

we love how bartender has the "print station" where i can store saved label files for my employees to easily choose a label and print a run without worrying about making any changes to a saved template.
What do you dislike about the product?
the customer support is sometimes difficult to get a hold of or they just revert me to some online troubleshooting articles to try and fix the problem on my own. I like the tech support teams that can remote connect and help a customer out.

Old interface, settings are local to PC not in cloud

It helps to design professional barcode labels required for your organization. You can design simple as well as complex label with this. Designing tool offered by them is awesome.
